After cutting two versions of his hit \"Maintain\" he released an album length statement \u003Ci\u003EDo What You Will\u003C\/i\u003E in 1978. \u0026nbsp;The LP is a consistent listen start to finish and leaning toward extended instrumental jamming with clean arrangements. \u0026nbsp;Disco LPs that are solid beginning to end are a rare breed, combine that fact with the small label pressing of this release and we have a bona fide disco grail on our hands. This funky jam came out in 1978 on Earwax Records out of Detroit. I like its PROTO-proto house sound. I don't really know anything about the group other than that they put out a couple of LPs and singles. Their first record came out in1977 and is easier to find than their 1978 LP that contains this single. His first and most common track came out on Source Records in 1979. It appears that after his brief relationship with a large label he took matters into his own hands and cut a track on his own LM imprint.  This track has a raw feel that is apparent when the guitar comes in too early after a few bars of the loose drum and bass groove.
