French Boogie



Here are a few french white guy attempts at making boogie cuts circa '82-'85. Thanks to our friend Didier from Paris for the source material.

    See, now, Vacances J'oublie Tout was my jam this summer, and I had the same version, but mine was credited to Elegance (spelled with accents on the first two e's). Also, check out what is either the album "Regrets" by Agathe, or the album "Agathe" by Regrets. The song Je Ne Veux Pas Rentrer Chez Moi Seule is excellent.

    Yes, "Vacances, j'oublie tout" (or in english "(when I'm on)Holiday, I forget about everything..." was by élégance >> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CstPu4ZSmvE
    and Agathe was the name of that singer from Montpellier (south of France). Thanks BE for your posts !

    this Micky Milan dude is Yugoslavian (Serbian), real name Milan Zdravkovic, and actually speaks/sings in Serbian on the track (Volim te srce, ljubim te, dodji do mene, igraj do mene:)
